The Oklahoma City University Mace symbolizes authority, scholarship, and learning. On display in the president’s office, it is carried on ceremonial occasions, such as graduation.  “The Keeper” has been proudly responsible for the care of the Mace for the past 17 years.

My friend Tina Manley and husband Tom were in New Orleans, and I got together with them Sunday night for dinner.  I’ve known Tina for more than ten years, but until then, we have had a correspondence friendship, based originally on our mutual use of Leica cameras.
Tina is a documentary photographer; she travels the world photographing people for diverse editorial clients.  I love her work and value her friendship, and really enjoyed getting to know Tom.
